Guests may arrive at the hotel any time after 4 pm on the day of check in. The principal guest will receive a text message with check-in instructions. The instruction will contain your hotel suite number & key code.

This unit is located on the top floor of the Chateau Villas building at the 4-star Zermatt Resort & Spa. The Villa boasts amazing mountain views, especially from the private balcony attached to the master bedroom.

Guests have access to all resort amenities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools & indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

Guests enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, living room & two adjoining bedrooms with one king bed & two queens. The sofa sleeper means this Villa can sleep up to eight.
